The Kiwanis Club of Seven Lakes  participates in a variety of projects throughout the year that involve fundraising, community service, and assisting children locally and worldwide.  Additionally, we have speakers at our weekly meetings to explore topics of interest to the membership. We engage in a number of social activities to share experiences, talents and our collective interests. All represent great opportunities for service, friendships and personal growth.

Below are some of the projects and activities in which we are currently involved: 

• Woodworking Projects for the West End Elementary School Kindergarten Class.  As an example by showing them how to build their "very own" Bird Houses.
• Through the "Back Pack Pals" program,  providing food to needy children at the West End Elementary School and the Elise Middle School in Robbins, North Carolina.
• Supporting Service Leadership Programs (SLP):  "Key Club" at Union Pines High School plus cosponsor The ARC of Moore County "Aktion Club" for adults with disabilities.
• Supporting the "Terrific Kids" and "K-Kids" programs at the West End Elementary School and West Pine Elementary.
