Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs (SLP)
Terrific Kids is a character-building program that recognizes students for modifying their behavior. The program encourages kids to become the best version of themselves. Kids determine what being terrific means to them, then develop their own goals and use peer mentoring to hold themselves accountable for the actions they take each week. When a participant achieves their goal, they are recognized for being a Terrific Kid. This program is for Kindergarten through 5th grade students.
Builders Club, designed for middle school students, encourages them to focus their passion and energy on serving others. As members, they learn self-confidence and become tomorrow’s leaders through teamwork, goal-setting and action.
Key Club is the oldest and largest high school service organization in the world. Key Club members are dedicated to bettering their communities and the world. We prepare Key Clubbers for success by equipping them with leadership skills, compassion and empathy. With 1000s of clubs in more than 38 countries, the impact of Key Club members can be felt all over the world.
Circle K International is the world’s largest student-led service organization for college students. It is the premier collegiate and university community service, leadership development, and friendship organization in the world. With more than 13,770 members in 17 nations, CKI is making a positive impact on the world every day. CKI is among the most passionate Kiwanis-family members when it comes to service.
Aktion Club is the only service club for adults with disabilities. Members develop confidence and self-esteem by adopting leadership roles within their clubs. They also discover their own talents as they use them to help others.
K-Kids is the largest service organization for elementary school students, with more than 1,200 clubs worldwide. Club members discover their passion to serve, desire to lead and their ability to engage and collaborate with others.

Our sponsored youth groups independently initiate service projects and community service activities throughout the school year. Our club works through an adviser in each youth organization to coordinate our participation with their activities or to have them work with us on major service programs and fund raisers. We are so proud of our youth groups and their accomplishments which make our community a much better place to live.
